Meet the maker
I first fell in love with crochet watching my Granny Debbie work. She sat with me, showed me how to hold the hook, and taught me the basics one stitch at a time.
I kept practicing at home, picking up new stitches on my own and teaching myself the rest. The next time I sat down with Granny Debbie, I got to surprise her with how far I had come.
Crochet has always been a family thing for us. It started with my great grandmother Hazel, who I never got to meet. Even though she was blind, she taught all of her children and grandchildren, and countless others, and that love for making things by hand has been passed down through every generation since.
Every piece in Jalyn's Cozy Creations is hand crocheted by me, mostly in chunky chenille and classic cotton yarn, usually finished with a little bow or pop of color. You'll find me at local markets and right here, taking orders the easy way with a quick text and a Cash App or Apple Pay payment.

Every stitch is done by me. No machines, no shortcuts, just slow and steady work.
I love chunky chenille and cozy cotton. Pieces are pillowy, lightweight, and easy to love.
Colors and finishes shift batch to batch, so your piece is truly its own little thing.
